でも晴れた来たのでそのまま放置

しかしまた雨が降りやっぱり避難

気温は下がりますので涼しいですが

朝晩の冷え込みは寒いくらいです！

まだまだ暑い日が続きます！

夏のイタリアを思い出しながら

シチリアのブリオッシュとグラニテの組み合わせを

懐かしく思いブリオッシュを焼いてみました！

最初に食べたときは甘くないブリオッシュにグラニテ

パンとシャーベットを食べているような感じでしたが

慣れとともに程よさが良くなっていく！

シチリアのブリオッシュにはシチリア女性のシニヨンヘアを現したお団子がのっています

帽子と言われるパーツをのっけて発酵して焼き上げます！

裏庭にチタケが出てました！

会津高原も夏真っ盛りです！

reminded me of the nostalgia for this combination, so I decided to bake some brioche!

When I first tried it, the unsweetened brioche and granita

felt like eating bread and sorbet, but

as I got used to it, the taste got better and better!

全国的に8月並みの猛暑で梅雨も中休みで

照りつける太陽は梅雨を感じない乾燥した空気です！

夕方からは気温が下がり昨日の夜からお昼前まで

長袖シャツでいいくらいで室内でも心地よく過ごせる

高原の涼しい気候です！

午前中に根曲り竹を散策に出かけた際に

またスギタケを発見しました！

虫にやられてたので収穫はできないものの

森の妖精に出会えました！

まだまだ夏も始まったばかりですので

体調は崩さないよう楽しい夏をお過ごしください！

The rainy season is taking a break as the heatwave is as hot as August across the country.

The scorching sun brings dry air that doesn't feel like the rainy season!

The temperature dropped in the evening, and from last night until before noon

It's cool in the plateau, and you can comfortably spend the day indoors in a long-sleeved shirt!

When I went for a walk through the bamboo this morning,

I found some Sugitake mushrooms again!

They were infested with insects, so I couldn't harvest them,

but I did get to meet a forest fairy!

本日はしっかり雨

明日の昼前には上がるそうですが

芝刈りも済みこれでまた綺麗な緑が生い茂ります！

昨日は標高800mにある畑を見学に行きました！

大きい畑でひと区画700㎡あり

この大きさでトマトだと約4500kgほどの収穫ができる広さです！

収穫は楽しそうですが植えるのも収穫も

時間と体力は使いそうです

他にも小さいサイズなどもあり

冬場での作業は豪雪地帯で不可ですが

高原での菜園は人にとっても植物にとってもいい空気

南会津の豊かさを学びます！

It's raining hard today, but it should clear up before noon tomorrow.

The rain came later than expected because I was mowing the grass,

but now the beautiful greenery will grow again!

Yesterday I went to see the farm at an altitude of 800m!

It's a large farm, with each plot covering 700m2.

With tomatoes of this size, you can harvest about 4,500kg!

Harvesting looks fun, but both planting and harvesting

take time and energy.

There are also smaller sizes available.

やっと６月に入り朝霧に包まれた会津高原

お昼になると気温も上がり心地よい天気！

木陰に入ると寒いくらいの森は大地をずっと守ってくれるように

どんどん生い茂っています！

木々のない所はヒートアップし室外機の熱がさらに大気を上昇させ

海中の温度も上がり魚たちもさらに北上します

長崎の平戸でも港にバショウカジキがみられるようになりました！

芭蕉の葉に例えられた大きな背びれは急ブレーキ

急旋回に使われ海中をものすごいスピードで

泳ぎ回ります！

平戸市はイタリアのコンサルタントを受け

町作りをするみたいです！

その会長が私の通っていたペルージャ大学出身だったので驚きでしたが民間のアイデアも構築でき豊かな街に発展することが楽しみです！

ちなみにこの団体の”アルベルゴ　ディフィーゾ”の

アルベルゴという意味は”宿”という意味ですが

どちらかというと山岳地帯にある宿を意味し

語源はゲルマン語の”ヒリベルゴ”　ヒリが軍隊

ベルゴが山岳の避難所　山小屋

ラテン語”アルベリ”＝木々になります

イタリアの建築はまず躯体が木材で作られレンガブロックで壁を作り

セメントが塗られ漆喰が塗られます

漆喰が乾く前に装飾を付けた絵が”フレスコ画”で

教会等でよく見かけます

この”フレスコ”という意味はフレッシュの意味で

漆喰が乾く前の生のフレッシュな内に描いたことが語源です。

教会は街の象徴になり豊かになると装飾が施され

フィレンツェのような色鮮やかな大理石で覆われます。

この大理石は165km離れたアッシジで発見され

フィレンツェまで運んだそうです。

アルベルゴ　ディフィーゾのコンセプトは”宿”　”分散”になりますが

もう一つ加えるとアルベルゴという意味は”森の木々で人々を守る”

という意味も含まれると思います！

雨をしのぎ風を避け人々が豊かに暮らせる環境

It's finally June and the Aizu Plateau is shrouded in morning mist.

The temperature rises at noon and the weather is pleasant!

The forest, which is cold in the shade, is growing more and more as if to protect the land!

The areas without trees heat up and the heat from the outdoor units further raises the air temperature,

and the temperature in the sea rises and the fish move further north.

Even in Hirado, Nagasaki, you can see sailfish in the port!

The large dorsal fin, which is likened to a banana leaf,

is used for sudden braking and sharp turns, and swims around the sea at incredible speed!

Hirado City is looking to hire an Italian consultant to help with town development!

I was surprised to find out that the chairman of the consulting firm is a graduate of the University of Perugia, where I attended,

but I'm looking forward to seeing private ideas being incorporated and the city develop into a prosperous place!

By the way, the name of this organization, "Albergo Diffiso,"

albergo means "lodging,"

but it actually means lodging in mountainous areas,

and its etymology comes from "alberi," which means trees.

In Italian architecture, the framework is first made of wood, the walls are then made of brick blocks,

and then plaster is applied.

You can often see them in churches, etc.

The word "fresco" means fresh,

and its origin is that it was painted while the plaster was still fresh, before it dried.

The church became a symbol of the city, and as it became wealthy it was decorated

and covered with colorful marble like that of Florence.

This marble was discovered in Assisi, 165km away,

and apparently transported to Florence.

The concept of Albergo Diffiso is "lodging" and "dispersion",

but if we add one more thing, I think the meaning of Albergo is

 "protecting people with the trees of the forest"　too!

An environment where people can live comfortably, sheltered from the rain and wind

I hope this will be a good initiative!

まだまだ気温が上がらない会津高原

日光浴が心地よいです

今年は行者にんにくの成長も遅れ

豊富な収穫とはならなそうですが

イチゴが至る所で花を咲かせ期待できそうです。

他にもいろんな花々が植わっていて

思わず草むしりしてしまいそうで見極めが必要です！

朝の陽ざしに舞うタンポポの綿毛が幻想的で

時間が止まった回想シーンのようで

何をしに外に出たのか忘れてしまいそうです。

今年は表も裏も綺麗な庭に仕上げるため芝の手入れに力を入れています

晴れた日の木陰の庭で高原のおいしい空気を吸いながら食事が楽しめるよう計画中です！

桃とリンゴとプラムの木々ははどんどん大きくなっていきます！

This year, we are focusing on maintaining the lawn so that both the front and back of the garden will be beautiful.

We are planning to be able to enjoy meals in the shade of the trees on sunny days, breathing in the fresh highland air!

The peach, apple, and plum trees are getting bigger and bigger!

レストラン営業もようやく開始できそうです

建物のメンテナンスや仕込みに仕入れメニュー作成　森に入って山菜キノコ狩り

まだ山菜が寒いのかまだまだ大きくなりません

裏庭の春子ちゃんは育ってきてます

この辺りの蕎麦　”舘岩在来種”を使ってパスタやクレープも仕込みました

改めて蕎麦の香り甘さを感じます

忙しい連休明けてもやることが多かったのでリフレッシュに

いつも眺める会津駒岳へ出かけましたスッキリしました

新緑も増えてきましたので雨の日でも

きれいな景色が望めます

今日もいい天気なので散策に行ってきます

I had a lot to do after the busy holidays, so I went to Aizu-Koma-dake, which I always look at, to refresh myself.

The new greenery has increased, so even on rainy days

当店はしばらく南東北の南会津に移転しています

北イタリアのチロル地方に似た環境とのことで

東武鉄道が開発したリゾート地になります。

私はチロル地方のサンカッシアーノやモンブランの麓クールマユールで

働いていたので豪雪の地方の暮らしは懐かしさすら思います

こちらの宿泊施設を購入し施設内のレストランをデルマーレとして

一般のお客様にも営業できるように手続きが完了しました。

山の中で海の料理とは九州の方は驚かれると思いますが

こちらは新潟の日本海にも近く

東北は北海道の海の幸も次の日に届く環境です

スーパーでも九州の野菜や魚も格安で見かけます

日本の流通も素晴らしい環境です

連休も落ち着き散策に出かけ越冬ナラタケを見つけ喜んでいましたが

ベテランに天然シイタケをいただきました！

きっと嬉しさは自分で見つけると倍の喜びになるのでしょう

連休もピークを迎え

紅葉も終わりキノコも種類が変わっていきます！

庭の倒木にもなめこが登場してました。

天然の艶やかさにはうまみの想像を掻き立てられます！

各地にキノコを配送してみましたが

西日本はほぼ全滅で菌が溶けてしまいました。

魚もどんどん北上し時期的には温度が毎年高くなっています！

合い間を縫ってキノコ狩りに向かいますが

急な予約が入るとあと一歩先には行けません！

暑さのせいか今だ夏のキノコが取れたりします

あと数日ですが取れるだけ佐世保にお届けしようと思います！

恐ろしすぎる日本の資源に興奮から覚醒！

森に入ると次から次に誘うかのような幼菌から成菌！

夢中になってキノコ狩りをしていると森の奥へ奥へと入ってしまいます。

来た道もわからなくなるくらいに！

多過ぎてすべてを採取は出来きず篭にも入らず

その後の下処理も大変と思いましたが取れるだけとってみました！

紅葉の中のキノコ狩りは覚醒します！

As soon as you enter the forest, the young　ｍushroom  grow into mature ｍushroom that seem to be inviting you one after another!

If you are absorbed in mushroom hunting, you will end up going deep into the forest.

So much so that I don't even know the way I came!

There were so many that I couldn't collect them all and couldn't even put them in the basket.

I thought it would be difficult to clean up after that, but I tried to take as much as I could!

Mushroom hunting in the autumn leaves will wake you up!

連休も大賑わい！

14日は鉄道の日

新橋～横浜に日本で初めての鉄道が出来た日！

人々が行き交い観光に経済に潤い

人も動き物も動く

もうすぐ紅葉！車窓からの紅葉も素敵です！

電車ですとみんなでお酒が飲めます！

ハンドルキーパー入りません。

庭先でたくさんのキノコに出会えます！

まだ素人なので時期を見計らいたいところですが

キノコは待ってくれません！

他の人も狙ってるので次の日はなかったりします、、。

たくさんのキノコお届けできるよう

奮闘しています！

良い連休を！

表参道をくぐり抜け森林浴をしながら

鯉の供養や歯の供養も祀ってあります。

しばらくアップが続きます、、、。

いよいよ頂上の”清水観音”が見えてきます。

夏は風鈴祭りで頂上付近にも風鈴が飾られ

息切れと暑さを和ませてくれます！

手を洗い清めて、秋の豊作を願います！

たくさんお願いした後は裏手に回り

”清水の滝”まで下っていきます。

マイナスイオンが癒してくれます。

水もおいしく心身共に清められます。

花崗岩のような川砂が水の透明度を際立てます。

後は山を下り小城のラーメンセンターで

激安の豚骨ラーメンを頂き

佐世保までのドライブを楽しみながら

家路に着きました！

途中国見を超える途中の魚屋さんに寄った所　

小さいバショウカジキが売られていました！

長崎は魚種が多い豊かな海ですね！
