いたるところで春の喜びの声を耳にします！
生産者市場では行列のお客さんであふれていました
野菜コーナーにウドの根を見つけましたが
販売者に聞いたところその根を食べるのではなく
植えるとウドが生えるとのこと！
価格も高くはないと思いましたがこれは食品ではないので
10％の税金になります
雪はまだ残っていますが
春の訪れ
豪雪被害で西洋松が無残にはがれ折れていますが
独特な松の香りが漂います。
サンカッシアーノを思い出す自然豊かな環境

I found udo roots in the vegetable section,

いよいよ大寒波は落ち着き
春の喜びを感じれようとしています。
忙しすぎてサラミの製作が遅れ
仕事と趣味と創作する喜びと
つらい思いも振り返ると楽しんでた自分に気づきます！
こちらの地域は北海道産の魚介が豊富で
今回アンコウに似た”カジカ”という魚を味わいました！
別名”鍋壊し”と言われるくらい脂ののった濃厚な魚でした！
今度サクラマスも入荷予定で
日本の豊かな環境は幸せです！
今季極上のパウダースノーも極楽ご臨終の
埋もれていく恐怖も感じる大寒波でした
そんな中でも更に楽しむ方々にお越しいただき
楽しい時間を過ごせました！

なんと！人の頭くらいの”舞茸”まで！

今年はカメムシも多くドカ雪の予報！
来週から続々スキー場もオープン予定で今年は早く積もるらしいです。
当施設のスキー場も今年の全日本スノーボード大会で賑わいを予測するお問い合わせです！
もっと旬のキノコを堪能していただきたかったのですが
早めに上がらないと私のキャンカーはストックしそうです。
雪が降らないと困るし雪が降っても困る！

連休もピークを迎え
紅葉も終わりキノコも種類が変わっていきます！
庭の倒木にもなめこが登場してました。
天然の艶やかさにはうまみの想像を掻き立てられます！
各地にキノコを配送してみましたが
西日本はほぼ全滅で菌が溶けてしまいました。
魚もどんどん北上し時期的には温度が毎年高くなっています！
合い間を縫ってキノコ狩りに向かいますが
急な予約が入るとあと一歩先には行けません！
暑さのせいか今だ夏のキノコが取れたりします
あと数日ですが取れるだけ佐世保にお届けしようと思います！

Nameko mushrooms also appeared on fallen trees in the garden.
The natural luster will stir your imagination!
I tried shipping mushrooms to various places.
Western Japan has been almost completely wiped out and the bacteria have melted away.
The fish are moving north more and more, and the temperature is getting higher every year!
I'm going to go mushroom hunting in my spare time.
If you make a sudden reservation, you won't be able to go one step further!
Perhaps because of the heat, summer mushrooms are still being harvested.
There are only a few days left, but I will try to deliver as much as I can to Sasebo!

恐ろしすぎる日本の資源に興奮から覚醒！
森に入ると次から次に誘うかのような幼菌から成菌！
夢中になってキノコ狩りをしていると森の奥へ奥へと入ってしまいます。
来た道もわからなくなるくらいに！
多過ぎてすべてを採取は出来きず篭にも入らず
その後の下処理も大変と思いましたが取れるだけとってみました！
紅葉の中のキノコ狩りは覚醒します！
As soon as you enter the forest, the young ｍushroom grow into mature ｍushroom that seem to be inviting you one after another!
If you are absorbed in mushroom hunting, you will end up going deep into the forest.
So much so that I don't even know the way I came!
There were so many that I couldn't collect them all and couldn't even put them in the basket.
I thought it would be difficult to clean up after that, but I tried to take as much as I could!
Mushroom hunting in the autumn leaves will wake you up!

標高が高いと太陽にも近い気がします！
山頂付近は紅葉が始まっていましたが
まだまだ暖かい天気のいい日が続きます。
夏が旬のキノコもまだまだ見かけます。

やっと暑さも落ち着き行楽シーズン！
連休も大賑わい！
14日は鉄道の日
新橋～横浜に日本で初めての鉄道が出来た日！
人々が行き交い観光に経済に潤い
人も動き物も動く
もうすぐ紅葉！車窓からの紅葉も素敵です！
電車ですとみんなでお酒が飲めます！
ハンドルキーパー入りません。
庭先でたくさんのキノコに出会えます！
まだ素人なので時期を見計らいたいところですが
キノコは待ってくれません！
他の人も狙ってるので次の日はなかったりします、、。
たくさんのキノコお届けできるよう

秋を感じにドライブに出かけました。
なかなかの日差しです！
小城市にある清水観音を訪れました。
名水百選にも選ばれた上流には”清水の滝”があり
観音様をめぐり滝につながるコースになってます。
表参道をくぐり抜け森林浴をしながら
鯉の供養や歯の供養も祀ってあります。
しばらくアップが続きます、、、。
いよいよ頂上の”清水観音”が見えてきます。
夏は風鈴祭りで頂上付近にも風鈴が飾られ
息切れと暑さを和ませてくれます！
手を洗い清めて、秋の豊作を願います！
たくさんお願いした後は裏手に回り
”清水の滝”まで下っていきます。
マイナスイオンが癒してくれます。
水もおいしく心身共に清められます。
花崗岩のような川砂が水の透明度を際立てます。
後は山を下り小城のラーメンセンターで
激安の豚骨ラーメンを頂き
佐世保までのドライブを楽しみながら
家路に着きました！
途中国見を超える途中の魚屋さんに寄った所
小さいバショウカジキが売られていました！
長崎は魚種が多い豊かな海ですね！

台風も去り酷暑はなくなったと思われます！
まだ30℃を越えてくる暑さはありますが
クーラーの効きがよくなってきます。
熱中症もなくなってくると思われ
秋に近づき外出が楽しくなります！
南会津は来週から最低気温が20度を下回り
白い花を咲かせたそば畑のライトアップも終了し
次は収穫の楽しみです！

毎度有難うございます。
7月30日は梅干の日だったそうです！
梅干を食べると”難が去る”という言い伝えから
語呂合わせで出来た日みたいです。
今回和歌山の南高を使いました。
大量の梅に対し大きい壺が必要だったのですがすぐに購入できず
日ごとに部屋中に薫る梅の甘い香りそれに伴い虫も寄り付きます。
完熟しているに漬けれない不安な日々。
やっと届いた壺にさっそく梅を消毒し塩漬け
中には熟しすぎて破れたりとありましたが無事梅雨が過ぎ
土用干しが出来今ではしっかりとした塩味に干し柿のようなねっとりした食感と
フルーティーな甘みが追ってきます！
ここまでくると不安な日々の”難が去った”気がします。
これからは猛暑との闘いになります！

Apparently July 30th was Umeboshi Day!
From the legend that if you eat umeboshi, your troubles will go away.
It's like a day made from a pun.
This time I used ”Nanko” in Wakayama, but due to the large amount of plums.
I needed a big pot, but I couldn't buy it right away.
The sweet scent of plums fills the room day by day, and along with that, Fruit flies also come closer.
Anxious days when I can't fully appreciate the ripeness.
When the pot finally arrived, I immediately sterilized the plums and salted them.
Some of them were so ripe that they tore, but the rainy season passed safely.
Doyo-drying is now possible, and now it has a strong salty taste and a sticky texture similar to dried persimmons.
The fruity sweetness will follow!
When I get to this point, I feel like the troubles of my anxious days are over.
From now on, it will be a battle against the intense heat!
Everyone please be careful of heat stroke!

私の地域もいよいよ梅雨明けになりそうです！
日本は昔から”土用干し”というのがあります。
土用とは季節の変わり目 立春 立夏 立秋 立冬の18日前を指し
今度の土用は７月末～８月頭の梅雨明けの時期になるそうです。
毎年私たちは各地の梅を仕入れ梅干を作っています。
梅を干すため今度の土用干しを見計らっていましたが、
土用干しとは梅干だけではなく、書物や衣類も干していたそうです。
高温多湿の日本！この時期にいろんな湿気を取り除き
気持ちの良い夏を過ごしましょう！

Doyo refers to the 18 days before the change of seasons: the first day of spring, the first day of summer, the first day of autumn, and the first day of winter.
The next Doyo is expected to be at the end of the rainy season, from the end of July to the beginning of August.
Every year, we purchase plums from all over the country and make umeboshi.
I was waiting for the next Doyo-boshi to dry the plums,
It is said that Doyoboshi was used to dry not only umeboshi, but also books and clothes.
Japan is hot and humid! Remove all kinds of moisture during this period
